Yes, I use Winrar. Aren't you not suggested to extract it first to an empty folder then copy the filed to the install location?

Btw, when I drag the files to the install location from Winrar, I can copy all the files, but still, I got the same error (1103). I think the problem that I got this error is because of Microsoft Visual C 2012&2013. The size is very small which is only 452 kb. Then, I clicked repair for both of them, and I run as administrator, and I can play the game (finally). But, I don't think my game is up to date. I've tried to copy again the ultimate fix, but there is still no pool in the game. Do you know what happens?

Please, try disabling your antivirus temporarily and then apply the Ultimate Fix again. See if the Pools show up then. If they do, then make sure that the install folder is properly added to your antivirus exceptions list. You may enable it after that and check. Good luck, and please let us know how it goes!
