Hello, Long time owner of MIK, absolutely love it, and it saves me a ton of time since I get music in such bulk quantities. Originally, I was not so keen on it, then I found a trial download which only processed WAV format, and that's how I determined that I immediately wanted it. My question: Do you plan on doing the same with Platinum Notes? - I tried looking and have not found much. If not, do you have any plans of releasing a trial download like you did with MIK? I managed to get one from a friend of mine and I got mixed results, look up my user in the forum to see the related posts. Basically, Im getting heavy distortion in some tracks, dont know why and the only response I get is 'this should not happen with Platinnum note'. Apparently, all should be resolved for v3.0, I still have to see what happens then. The tracks that get affected the most are the ones with techno / techy basslines, the output file shows heavy distortion in the bassline, like clipping. My advise: try before you buy, sending a couple of tracks wont do the trick. In my experience, the failure ratio of distorted tracks hangs around 10-15%. Feel free to contact me for more info.
